At SBMM (sbmm.com.pk), we value the trust of our students and want to ensure that you feel confident in your decision to enroll in our training programs.

Eligibility for Refund

If you attend the first 4 classes and feel that the course is not valuable, does not meet your expectations, or you are not satisfied, you are eligible for a 100% refund of your course fee.

No questions asked – your satisfaction is our priority.

Conditions for Refund

  • Refund requests must be made within the first 4 classes of the course.
  • After attending 4 classes, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, even if you:
    • Stop attending classes,
    • Decide not to continue, or
    • Claim that you never joined.

👉 Students have 4 classes to evaluate the course and make a decision.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our Support Team through the official WhatsApp numbers provided on our website.

Once your request is verified, the refund will be processed to the same payment method you used during enrollment.

Processing Time

Refunds are usually processed within 7 working days, depending on the payment method and bank procedures.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued:

  • After 4 classes have been completed.
  • If the student voluntarily stops attending without informing the support team within the refund window.
  • For partial course completion or personal reasons outside our policy.
